Your rental includes:

1) Unlimited mileage for all vehicle categories, with the exception of reservations where mileage is limited to 100 kilometers per day. The additional charge will be €0.20

per km

2) Insurance: Civil liability insurance (no KASKO!!!!! - with Deductible for Damage and/or Theft) Driver accident insurance

3) Taxes: 22% (VAT)

Your rental does not include:

* Extras requested at the time of booking or purchased locally (for example satellite navigator, internet device...)

* Fines, parking fees and toll booths

* Additional insurance to cover damage to passengers

For the purpose of driving the rented vehicle, the driver who has signed the rental contract plus a second guide will be considered authorized to drive the vehicle, which can be added at a cost of €10.00 per day at the time the contract is signed.

If a driver other than the one present in the rental contract is found driving the rented vehicle, the rental company reserves the right at its sole discretion to request compensation from the holder of the contract or the person who provided guarantees with the signing of the rental contract, an amount equal to the damage caused, in the event of partial or total damage to the vehicle, caused by an accident regardless of the established liability. The rental company will request compensation with the payment of the full value of the vehicle beyond the default calculated in the same way as the signed contract, and any existing deductibles and any limitations or reductions paid at the time the contract was signed and present in the contract lapse immediately

Driver's age:

Driving license issued at least 1 year from the date of rental and a maximum age of 70 to be able to use our services

Fuel:

The vehicle will be delivered to you with a full tank of fuel. It must be returned with full or fuel service costs and missing liters calculated in eighths will be applied

to you.

Please note that special equipment such as child seats, snow chains, etc. are on request and subject to availability.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS:

Paid in full (and/or in part) at the time of booking: These types of reservations can be canceled by telephone free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of the start of the rental period, a penalty equal to 2 days of rental will be applied

N.B. The reservation can be modified (only by telephone and subject to availability) free of charge 48 hours before the start of the rental period. If these changes affect the cost of the rental, as in the case of changes to the duration, delivery or car model, the difference will be calculated starting from the price of the new rental. SEIS does not provide refunds (even partial) for unused rental days and/or in the event of an early return of

the vehicle.

NO SHOWS:

If the customer does not show up to pick up the vehicle without notice, a penalty equal to the full cost of the rental will be applied.

When picking up the vehicle, the driver and any other possible driver must present a valid driving license in their name. (If the driver has had a driving license for less than 1 year, please inform our staff as there may be restrictions on the rental). Please note that the international driving license does not replace the national driving license. When picking up the car, it is mandatory to present a valid national driving license in the name of the main driver in addition to the international driving license. The rental company asks for a sum of money or a pre-authorization on the card as a deposit at the beginning of the rental to cover the deductible and fuel. The deposit is normally an amount blocked on the main driver's card. Please note that debit cards such as VISA ELECTRON, POSTEPAY, PREPAID CARDS, SWITCH, LASER, SOLO, MAESTRO, ATM, CHECKS (not postal) and cash are accepted for the security deposit. This deposit is normally returned at the end of the rental once it has been verified that the car has been returned in the same starting condition. When picking up the car, be sure to inspect the vehicle and in case of damage or problems, notify the supplier. We also recommend that you check the vehicle together with one of our counter operators at the time of its return to ensure that any damage is properly documented by the supplier. All rentals are counted within 24 hours. A full day will be calculated for each part of the 24 hours of time used. The customer is responsible for all tolls, congestion fees, parking or speed fines. Please note that if you pick up the vehicle from an airport and/or train station, you must inform the rental company of the number and origin of

your arrival flight and/or train.

INSURANCE INFORMATION:

When renting a vehicle through SEIS, the basic car is to be considered with RC (civil liability) insurance and driver accident insurance, with a deductible of €6,000.00 for damage and €6,000.00 for theft. If the vehicle is damaged during the rental, you will be charged an amount up to the maximum amount of the deductible. In the event that the driver behaved recklessly or negligently or drove under the influence of alcohol or drugs, he may be subject to paying the full cost of the damage as the insurance will be void due to negligence. We inform you that, as with all insurance, there are uncovered exceptions that include glass, tires, underbody, roof and interior of the vehicle, any expenses for a tow truck and loss of car keys. Please carefully check the contract that will be presented to you when you pick up the car to be aware of the insurance exclusions or limitations of your particular rental. For further clarification, do not hesitate to contact us and speak to one of our operators. We also inform you that it will be possible to purchase the optional service locally (PACK RF) €30.00 per day (it is not insurance coverage, if requested and subscribed at the time of the rental it is a conventional reduction of the customer's liability in the event of total and/or partial theft, fire and damage to the rented vehicle resulting from accidents.) which limits the amount chargeable to a minimum amount of €250.00 and a maximum of €500.00 (as a penalty), which will reduce the amount that can be charged. your risk and will provide additional coverage for you and your passengers

What is the 'deductible'?

So-called 'deductible' insurance is a particular type of insurance cover in which the responsibility lies partly with the driver. The deductible is the amount for which you will be responsible in the event of damage and/or theft of the rental vehicle. If, for example, the damage allowance is 2,500.00€ and the vehicle reports damages of 3,000.00€, you will only be responsible for 2,500.00€ while the rest will be borne by the insurance company. If, however, the damage is 200€, you will only be responsible for 200€. It is generally possible, at our rental offices, to subscribe to so-called KASKO insurance which, with a supplement to the daily cost, completely exempt you from paying

deductibles.
